Photography Services

 

Consultations & Scheduling

For most of our standard photo shoots, we are available for a brief consultation over the phone.  If your project is on a much larger scale, then we can arrange for a time to meet in person so that we can discuss the project in more detail.

 

Upon scheduling your shoot, you will be asked to reserve your time slot with a deposit.  We can accept that deposit in the form of cash, check, or major credit card.

 

Our deposit fee is either $75 or 20% of the total shoot price... whichever is greater.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reserved photo shoot times are held exclusively for our clients. Please contact us via phone or e-mail should you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel.  A 48-hour notification is required.  Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.  

No-Shows
Failure to arrive for a scheduled shoot without any type of notification will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.  Subsequently, all future shoots booked must be paid in full, in advance.

Payments & Returned Checks

Full payment is required at the time of service, unless special arrangements have been made in advance.  We prefer cash or money orders/cashiers checks (payable to 3 Cubed Studios).  We can also accept personal checks (payable to 3 Cubed Studios),  and all major credit cards as forms of payment.  A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and no exchanges/refunds will be offered.

 

Arrivals and Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your shoot.  If you are using one of our make-up artists, you will have ample time to have your make-up done.  Otherwise, please come camera ready. We provide all clients with your own changing room as well as a vanity. In consideration to other clients as well as our studio, a late arrival may result in a shortened photo shoot session time, while a full session fee will still apply. 

 

 

Gratuities

The prices of our services do not include gratuities. Should you feel you have received exceptional service and would like to leave a gratuity to one of our professionals, you may do so at your discretion. Gratuities may be paid with cash only.
